14 DAY TRIAL // Leading retailer Amazon has just announced a special promotion for those interested in the purchase of a new mobile phone from one of the three largest wireless carriers in the country, namely AT&T, Sprint and Verizon. The company announced that, for a limited period of time, all devices for these wireless carriers will be available for only $0.01.
The deal, however, requires for users to commit to a two-year contract agreement, and is available only for new lines.
“For a limited time only, all phones from Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T with a new line of service are on sale for a penny and include standard FREE Two-Day Shipping,” Amazon notes on its website.
“Offer valid between midnight PDT November 21, 2011, through 11:59 p.m. PDT November 28, 2011, while supplies last.”
Moreover, the retailer announced that it also throws in a $100 Amazon.com Gift Card for all users who will chose to purchase a smartphone with hotspot capabilities and will also activate the feature.
“Plus, if you buy an eligible hotspot-ready smartphone and activate the hotspot feature, you'll get a $100 Amazon.com Gift Card,” the company notes.
One thing that should be mentioned here is that, while the one cent deal on all handsets at the three carriers ends on November 28th, the hotspot offer runs through the end of the year.
Those users interested in the new offer from Amazon will find there some very appealing mobile phones available almost for free.
The latest LTE smartphones that are available on the airwaves of AT&T or Verizon have been included in the deal, for example, along with new Windows Phone Mango phones, or Android devices on Sprint's network.
