Microsoft's budget-friendly Lumia 635 has been on sale quite a few times in the last couple of weeks for prices much lower than $50.

If you did not manage to score any of the previous deals, now is the time to try and rectify it, as Walmart has the AT&T version of the smartphone on sale for just $29.17 (€26.11).

The prepaid Nokia Lumia 635 is only available in black, but that shouldn't matter that much since the retailer is offering a huge discount on the smartphone.

If you plan on taking advantage of this offer, then you will be pleased to know that AT&T has just kicked off the rollout of Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 for Lumia 635.

This means that once you purchase the phone, it will manually check for the update or wait for it to be automatically pushed to your new Lumia 635.

Act fast if you want to take advantage of this deal

The previous Lumia 635 deals disappeared pretty quickly, as retailers had been left without any units in stock in a matter of hours. This means that you should hurry if you want to grab the discounted AT&T Lumia 635 via Walmart.

To recap, the Lumia 635 sports a 4.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 854 pixel resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.

On the inside, the smartphone is equipped with a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, an Adreno 305 graphics processing unit, and 1GB of RAM.

It also packs 8GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. There's also a 5-megapixel camera on the back, which features autofocus and HD video recording, but no LED flash.

Nokia Lumia 635 is powered by a removable 1,830 mAh battery and comes with LTE support, as well as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0, GPS with AGPS and FM Radio.
