Phones for only one penny, no activation fee, more

Next week, mobile phone users in the United States will be able to enjoy a nice range of appealing offering put in place for them, and AT&T also announced plans to provide them with some appealing options for saving money.

Those who are up to making an online purchase from AT&T starting Friday, November 25 through Monday, November 28 will be able to choose from handsets running under Android, BlackBerry or Windows Phone, all available for only one penny.

The carrier will kick off the new deal at 12:01 a.m. ET on Friday, November 25, and will have in place some rotating promotions for that day and the next three ones, as long as supplies last.

In addition to making the phones available for only one penny, the wireless carrier announced that users will benefit from free shipping too, as well as from waived activation.

Here's what AT&T plans for its users:

Friday, November 25, 12:01 a.m. ET Touchscreen devices, including tablets, starting at unbelievably low prices

Saturday, November 26, 12:01 a.m. ET All Windows 7 and select Android devices, for just $.01

Sunday, November 27, 12:01 a.m. ET BlackBerry 9860 for only $.01, HTC Red Inspire for $29.99

Monday, November 28, 12:01 a.m. ET A lineup of some of AT&T’s most popular smartphones—Motorola Atrix, Samsung Infuse, BlackBerry 9810, HTC Inspire and LG Thrill—all for only one cent!

The wireless carrier also announced that users will be able to opt in for receiving emails and messages specifically created for Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers.
