The ASUS VivoBook X200MA (for some markets F200MA) was launched in October, and since then, it has been updated with a dual-core Intel N2815 Celeron processor (clocked at 1.8GHz) option.

But now two new models have been spotted in Germany, one equipped with a quad-core Pentium N3520 processor (from the Bay Trail-M family) clocked at 2.17 GHz and the other with a dual-core Core i3-4010U (from the Haswell group) working at 1.7GHz.

The new notebooks come equipped with the same polycarbonate shell which we have been accustomed to see with all new ASUS notebook models and their keyboard is built in such a way as to prevent the accumulation of smudges and dirt.

Apart from the new processor options, the VivoBooks come with the same 11.6-inch HD screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, 4GB of RAM and 500GB HHD.

Other functionalities include three USB ports (one of which is 3.0), HDMI video output, SD card reader, 1.3MP camera and Wi-Fi module. The 3,000 mAh battery won’t offer everlasting battery life, but it will probably provide sustenance for at least four hours.

The ASUS VivoBook F200MA-CT068H (with Pentium N3520) and F200MA-CT022H (with Core i3-4010U) are both available via Geizhals for €399 / €540 and €479 / €648 respectively.

Update: the Haswell model seems to have been deleted from the website.
