Advanced Micro Devices seems to change executives or board of directors members every other month. Case in point, it has just appointed two of the latter.

Nora Denzel and Mike Inglis have been appointed to the Sunnyvale, California-based company Board of Directors.

Ms. Denzel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York, plus a Master of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University.

She was most recently a senior executive of Intuit, and served with HP before that, as well as International Business Machines Corporation. Right now, she's part of the boards of Saba Software, Ericsson and Outerwall.

Mr. Inglis, meanwhile, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Birmingham University, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Cranfield School of Management.

He has served with ARM, Motorola and Texas Instruments. Right now, he is a director in the board of Pace plc. The two newcomers settled into their roles on March 19.

Now the only mystery is who will become AMD's BoD president, since H. Paulett Eberhart won't be standing for re-election at the 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Whoever it is could influence how AMD's strategy goes forward.
