You probably like psychological thrillers that explore one of the most feared, hated and powerful conditions of human kind: violence. If that is the case and you would also never say "no" to an adventure game, Lighthouse Interactive and dtp Entertainment have some goodies prepared: Overclocked: A History of Violence will begin hitting stores soon. To be more accurate, it will be available in North America starting the 31st of March this year and in Europe from the 2nd of May.

You will be thrilled to hear Overclocked's story - spooky and psychological, it's that kind of story that will definitely make you think about the world and things like that. You will be engrossed in a world where memories and illusions, dreams and reality, the hunters and the hunted collide. You will be David McNamara, an army psychiatrist called to investigate the case of five young men and women who were found scared, screaming, and without memory, wandering through the city. You will delve into their memories and make some horrendous and scary discoveries. But you'll find out more about them as you try the game.

Overclocked: A History of Violence will allow you to experience very different perspectives of the gameplay, as you will play no less than six different characters throughout the game, explore over 45 different pre-rendered locations and use the unique icon-based dialog system.

Erik Schreuder, CEO Lighthouse Interactive said, "We are very proud to expand our line-up with this high quality Adventure game. House of Tales is known for their strong characters and thought provoking plots, and Overclocked is an exceptional example of their talents. Players will take on the role of six different characters throughout the game. This innovative approach, combined with chronologically inverse storytelling, will give players the immersive experience they've been waiting for."
