From Monday to Friday

On Monday, the Master Prestige ranks were announced for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, more information was offered on the role that Locke will play in the coming Halo 5: Guardians, and CD Projekt talked about the differences between the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One for The Witcher 3.

On Tuesday, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare delivered a new patch and introduced the Advanced Supply Drops, and we learned more about the Winter Patch for Battlefield 4, just as Bombshell received a new look from its development team.

On Wednesday, Valve offered plenty of details on the many Steam machines that are set to be launched in November, and The Old Blood was revealed as a prequel to Wolfenstein coming in May.

At the same time, a leak for Mortal Kombat X showed off a number of new characters.

On Thursday, Microsoft explained how the Hololens would boost gaming on the PC and the Xbox One, its full GDC 2015 event was offered online, and Stardock revealed a new Ashes of Singularity real-time strategy title.

On Friday, Bungie talked about update 1.1.2 for Destiny, supposed to arrive before House of Wolves.

We also learned more about DirectX 12 and its capabilities, and Magic Duel was revealed as a free-to-play experience.

On Saturday, Blizzard revealed two characters for Overwatch and talked about a fall beta patch, and more information on both the cooperative and the PvP elements of Bloodborne was offered.
