Samsung has just brought out on the market one more handset with great camera performances: the G608 model. The mobile phone comes equipped with a 5 megapixel camera that few other such devices are capable of providing.

Samsung Anycall G608 is both stylish and smart. The slider comes in an elegant design and an ebony black metallic casing that combine strength with elegance. The 2.2-inch display with 16.7 million colors enables users to view graphics and Web pages in full screen.

"The SAMSUNG Anycall G608 is a compelling device that does not compromise on communications, photography or entertainment", said J.J. Lee, General Manager, Telecommunication Team, Samsung Electronics Hong Kong. Moreover, "Users get it all with this device, and they get it in a striking design that makes a bold statement about who they are as individuals", he also added.

Impressively enough, the 5-megapixel phone is only 14,9 mm thin and this is why those who prefer slim devices will find it appealing. There are also additional features, such as auto brightness sensor, one-touch camera, auto focus, flash and a photo editor, which should all contribute to bringing the device closer to the performances of digital cameras.

Samsung Anycall G608 is obviously a camera phone, but also packs some pretty evolved sound rendering capabilities and a music player. There is also up to 2GB of microSDa external memory card support, which should make sure that the user never runs out of data storage space. There's no room for spoiling, though, as this extra space is pretty low, especially when compared to similar devices.

Samsung has just announced Anycall G608's release, although it has made no specifications on its price and availability. Hopefully, it will hit stores pretty soon, although chances are that it will reach only Asian countries.
