I-play has announced the launch of "4 Wheel Xtreme", from Xendex. The game has "action" as its main defining feature: it's meant to entertain its players in an intense, overwhelming way as they race, jump, nitro-boost, fly over different obstacles along the car competition.

"4 Wheel Xtreme" offers the player an intense experience in a 4x4 racing action that takes place in various environments. The game takes you to unfriendly rocky cliffs or even white snowed areas in order to collect as many points as possible. The next step is to compete in arcade mode against people all around the world for the champion title. The only drawback for the game is the extremely realistic physics engine.

"Despite the gritty nature of off-road truck racing, this title stays true to our casual gaming philosophy with one-thumb playability, giving players instant accessibility to this challenging title.", declared David Gosen, CEO of I-play. As for the entertainment itself, he said that "this is a truly innovative game with highly responsive vehicles and immersive environments: every action has an impact which lays the foundation for a thrilling gameplay experience".

I-play is one of the leading companies in mobile entertainment and has an audience of over 1.7 billion people worldwide. It works with a wide range of partners and sales channels in order to expand as much as possible.

"4 Wheel Xtreme" is only one of the games that I-play and Xendex have released for 2007. Other announced titles are "Jewel Quest2", "Jewel Quest Solitare" and "Ricochet: Lost words".

The off-road racer will be available in 2D version and also in 3D in Europe and North America later this month.
