It appears that LG once again entered the spotlight, or in this case sent out its supply vans, in order to unleash its newest 3D monitor upon the more or less unsuspecting worldwide consumer market.

Nowadays, when one hears of a new monitor or another being unleashed by this or that company, the question users likely ask first is not whether it has HD or Full HD, but what other features make it better than all other such panels.

Basically, pretty much every new monitor unleashed these days, at least as far as those covered by the media and revealed via press release, are expected to have Full HD support (resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels).

LG seems to be aware of this, as its newest product is definitely no pushover, this likely being the reason why LG was so quick in sending it to multiple parts of the world.

The display in question is called E2770V-BF and has a diagonal length of 27 inches, making it more than large enough for most prospective buyers.

The first thing that sets it apart form the fold is its refresh rate of 120 Hz, which is what enables the support for 3D.

More specifically, the TruMotion 120Hz technology is utilized, meaning that videos will be played without motion blur, even during high-speed action sequences.

Besides this, the display has a dynamic contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1, as well as a response time of 5ms plus a brightness of 250 cd/m2.

All in all, it should be quite the option for any gamers or those that like to watch a lot of 3D films.

That said, in order to be compatible with most graphics cards and motherboards, LG equipped the E2770V-BF with not just Dvi and D-Sub, but dual HDMi connectors as well.

Orders can be placed in the US and UK, for prices of $419.99 and £310.73 (the equivalent of $517), respectively.
