The next golf game from 2K, PGA Tour 2K21 has just received a new trailer that focuses on the Career Mode. Narrated by commentary team Luke Elvy and Rich Beem, the trailer shows how players can customize their appearances, hairstyles, and fashion.

The Career Mode follows the path of your MyPLAYER, which must be created using the game’s deep character and customization suite, from humble beginnings as you strive to make a name for yourself on the Korn Ferry Tour, all the way to a climactic battle against cover athlete Justin Thomas for FedExCup glory.

Thanks to the partnership with major brands, players can use apparel and gear from Adidas, Polo Ralph Lauren, Malbon Golf, Callaway Golf, Bridgestone Golf, TaylorMade Golf, and more. The video also reveals that developers will be adding more accessibility features to PGA Tour 2K21, a great decision considering that previous games are targeting hardcore players.

Among the new accessibility options you can expect in the upcoming game, 2K confirmed the game will include greater on-screen feedback about shot selection and swing results. Also, a Course Designer feature will be available in the game.

The extended gameplay video shows some of the game's new pro players and how the game plays in Career Mode. Speaking of which, in order to win the game in Career Mode, you'll have to defeat 12 professional players on the game's 15 officially licensed PGA Tour courses.

In case you didn't know, 2K has already confirmed that PGA Tour 2K21 will release for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on August 21. PGA Tour 2K21 will be the only officially licensed golf simulation game to be released on the market this year.

Pro tip: Be sure to watch the entire gameplay video released this week, as something unexpected happens near the end.
