14 DAY TRIAL // Earlier this year, Australian rapper Iggy Azalea casually admitted in an interview that she’d gotten breast enhancement surgery because she was not happy with her figure and felt like she could use the confidence boost.
She made no apologies and stressed that she was very proud of her new figure. She made sure to show off her larger bust at last night’s 2015 Billboard Music Awards as well, but it was her face that got the most attention, especially online.
Iggy got a new face
Iggy debuted a new hairstyle on the red carpet at the gala, rocking a new straight bob with pink tips, and she showed off her out of this world figure in a body-hugging two-piece. She matched her pumps to her new hairstyle, which was a nice touch.
However, what people at home most focused on wasn’t her insane figure or even her performance with Britney Spears, of their new duet “Pretty Girls,” but rather the fact that she looked almost like an entirely different person.

First of all, it looked as if Iggy had gotten a chin implant. Her lips also appeared fuller, but that could have been because she was pouting for the photographers.
She also seemed less mobile in the face, which could hint at over-Botoxing, but also fuller, which could have been achieved with fillers. Overall, it seemed as if Iggy had undergone a near-complete makeover and that the breast augmentation had only been the start of it all.
Iggy wins, performs
All criticism of her new look aside, Iggy had an amazing night - to think that only a short while ago she was criticized and shunned by industry people because she was appropriating Black / hip hop culture!
She beat competition to win Best Rap Artist and she also performed with Britney Spears, which was considered one of the highlights of the evening.
Britney being Britney didn’t sing live, but she seemed to be genuinely having fun, which is a rare sight with her these days when she’s mostly walking around on stage and feigning dancing as if she’s going through the motions automatically.
So even if she did have plastic surgery on her face and got called out publicly for it, Iggy still had an amazing night.
