As you might remember, we've had a quick look yesterday at a local Romania product, the Evolio EVOBOOK eBook reader, and now, we're back with yet another interesting offering from this part of the world, namely a 200 Euro Android Tablet developed by a Romanian company called Visual Fan.

Best-known in Romania (and elsewhere) for its Allview brand of dual-sim handsets, the company has apparently decided that it's about time to counter the few offerings currently available on the local market (the iPad and Galaxy Tab being the most important competitors) with a device that will suit not only the tastes of most Romania customers, but also their spending habits.

As Metrolic informs us, the AllDro will feature a 7-inch touchscreen display, coupled with an ARM11 processor running at just 800 Mhz (somewhat of a drawback, as far as we're concerned), 2GB of flash memory and Wi-Fi connectivity.

The tablet will run the Google Android 2.1 OS (sadly, no word on whether future updates will be supported, but we certainly hope that this will be the case), while the device also features a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts for up to 30 hours, a MicroSD slot, as well as mini HSMI and Mini USB ports.

For the time being, most of the info regarding the real-life behavior of the AllView AllDro comes from a video posted on YouTube by Visual Fan, which we've also attached at the end of our article.

As you can see there, this thing offers just about everything you might expect from an Android tablet (browsing, photo and video playback, VoiP calls via Wi-Fi, etc.), and works pretty seamless in all applications, which leads us to believe that the overall implementation has been a pretty successful one.

All in all, we can really say that we really like the AllView AllDro Android Internet Tablet, that combines a rather interesting set of features with a very attractive price point, and, hopefully, we'll get one for a more in-depth testing at some point in the near future.
