To the sound of millions of Beliebers crying, a woman has stepped forward to claim she is the mother of Justin Bieber's child, after they made love backstage one of his concerts last year. Of course, she's suing.

Radar Online got a hold of the court papers filed by the 20-year-old woman who claims one night of passion with Justin (or 30 seconds of it, more likely, from what she says) resulted in a baby boy.

Mariah Yeater wants Justin to undergo a paternity test and, should he prove to be the real father of the child (which he is, she says), to pay child support.

“The papers were filed in late October and Yeater asks the court for Bieber 'to provide adequate support for my baby',” Radar writes.

The baby is now 3 months old, but Yeater doesn't say why she waited this long until she came to the decision to take matters to court.

“In an affidavit signed under penalty of perjury Yeater says she was 19 years old when she had intercourse with the underage star backstage at one of his concerts in Los Angeles,” Radar further says.

She claims he had one of his bodyguards come up to her to ask her if she wanted to come backstage. The moment they set eyes on each other, they knew what was going to happen, the woman says in court papers.

Moreover, Yeater says they made love in a bathroom and that it only lasted “about 30 seconds” because it was Justin's first time.

She insisted they used protection but Justin wouldn't hear of it, she further claims. So, she became pregnant.

Contacted for comment, Justin's publicist tells Radar it's not really that surprising that people are starting to look for reasons to take Justin to court, even if their claims are completely unfounded.

“While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations,” says the singer's rep.
