14 DAY TRIAL // Sumthing Else Music Works has a licensing relationship with Microsoft Game Studios. As such, the company has recently confirmed the Halo 3 Original Soundtrack. No one needs an update on just how great of a score Bungie's FPS sports, delivering one of the deepest and dramatic experiences ever encountered within the video games industry, let alone the genre.
According to the official report, the soundtrack comes in a 2-CD set featuring the games original music score of course. The set is scheduled for release across US retail outlets through Nile Rodgers' Sumthing Else Music Works label on November 20th. The official Halo 3 Original Soundtrack features the new symphonic compositions by Martin O'Donnell and Michael Salvatori, the award-winning composers behind the best-selling Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2 Volume One and Halo 2 Volume Two soundtracks, according to the same piece.
More than that, the tracks worth emphasizing have been re-arranged by Bungie's audio director and composer Martin O'Donnell, recording them with a full live orchestra and chorus.
