They often say that chocolate and other sweet treats are called guilty pleasures because the better they taste, the more calories they have. In the case of a milkshake available in California, called Cold Stone PB&C, packing no less than 2,010 calories, that doesn’t even matter, for it is officially the unhealthiest drink now being sold in America, as The Telegraph informs.

The milkshake – for that’s what Cold Stone PB&C is – has been named America’s unhealthiest drink in a new piece in Men’s Health. It packs the daily calorie intake for an adult woman, as well as incredibly high amounts of fats (especially saturated fats) and sugar, as it was to be expected from a milkshake. Still, it remains a hit with tourists, some of them even saying that it tastes so divinely it doesn’t even matter that it’s so unhealthy.

“The Cold Stone PB&C is made with chocolate ice cream, milk and peanut butter. It contains 2,010 calories, 131 grams of fat – 68 grams of which is saturated – and 153 grams of sugar. It topped the Men’s Health 20 Worst Drinks in America 2010 list, beating a McDonald’s Triple Thick Chocolate Milkshake to the post. ‘In terms of saturated fat, drinking this Cold Stone catastrophe is like slurping up 68 strips of bacon,’ the magazine report found. ‘Health experts recommend capping your saturated fat intake at about 20 grams per day, yet this beverage packs more than three times that into a cup...’” The Telegraph says.

Of course, the beverages that landed on the second and third position are not that far from the “winner.” “The Eat This, Not That Men’s Health column claimed the second worst drink in America is the Peanut Power Plus Grape from Smoothie King. A large cup is worth roughly 1,500 calories. The McDonald’s Triple Thick Chocolate Shake comes in third. A large cup of that is worth 1,160 calories or the equivalent of 13 McDonald’s apple pies,” the same publication informs.

As per the same media outlet, many of those who’ve tried the milkshake from Cold Stone claim it’s good enough to be worth the extra calorie intake. One man in particular says for the mag that, because it’s so unhealthy, he could probably have only one a week and not more.
