Police and artists have worked together to develop the portrait of what a baby stolen in 1964 would look like today.

Paul Fronczak was kidnapped by a woman in a nurse's outfit from the Michael Reese hospital in Chicago.

Two months ago, police discovered that the child that parents Chester and Dora Fronczak were raising was not their own.

Officials originally opened the case in New Jersey in 1965, but DNA evidence proved their theories recently.

The man that has been identifying as Paul Fronczak until now is 49 years old and lives in Nevada.

The portrait has been put together by staff at "20/20" on ABC News and Michigan artists at Phojoe.

"Let's hope he's sitting on his couch and sees this image and realizes it's him," said Emanuel Craciunescu, president at Phojoe.
