Nada al-Ahdal threatens to kill herself if she is forced to marry at her young age. The clip was first posted on July 8.
“I would have had no life, no education. Don't they have any compassion?” this smart and mature little girl pleas.
The girl's uncle has stopped her family's plans for her to wed, and she mentions wanting to live with him in the clip.
The video was shot by the Middle East Media Research Institute. According to the Daily Mail, they have also released information about the girl's family.
Her 18-year-old sister was engaged several times, with grooms losing their “down payments” for the girl to the parents interested in making a profit.
