Never mess with Snooki or her family. The pint-sized reality star, real name Nicole Polizzi, is fighting back against allegations that her husband and baby daddy, Jionni LaValle, cheated on her through a paid account on the infidelity website Ashley Madison, which was hacked earlier this year.

The other day, Us Weekly reported that an email address belonging to LaValle had been used to set up an account on the website. There was no other way to verify if that was really his account or if he’d used it to arrange meetings with married women also looking to cheat on their partners, but this was enough to get the rumor mill started.

Snooki shuts it down: Jionni would never cheat

Somewhat ironically, the discovery came within hours of Snooki publicly speaking against Josh Duggar, another reality star who got caught on Ashley Madison and who came clean about it in a public statement.

She even criticized Josh’s wife, Anna Duggar, who is said to have decided to stand by her man even though he’d been exposed as a cheat. As Snooki put it, the moment you find out your man has been sleeping around on you, whether through a paid website or not, you pack your bags and walk out on him.

It was somewhat surprising to see that rumors of LaValle’s infidelity were spreading like wild fire online but Snooki wasn’t saying anything about them.

That’s because she initially considered the possibility of not engaging in this lame conversation, she explains in a post to her Instagram page, which you will find in full below. Jionni LaValle would never cheat on her, let alone through a website, which is a very “lame” move.

Snooki fights for her man

In the lengthy post, Snooki says that Jionni is “the most humble, respectful, and most loyal souls I know,” “a stand up guy who loves his family more than anything in this world.”

He would never do something as low as being unfaithful, and he would most certainly never do it online, where chances of getting caught are so great.

Snooki points out that there’s no actual proof that Jionni set up that Ashley Madison account, so the implication that he was cheating on her is absurd, nothing more than tabloid rubbish meant to sell papers.

“Jionni is a good guy and doesn't need his name being tarnished. Nor does our family,” Snooki continues. “We did nothing wrong to deserve this. So with all of this said, I love you babe.”

This morning when I got a call from my publicist that a story was going to be printed on my husband "allegedly" signing up on Ashley Madison, I laughed- and said lets not even comment and give the story any juice, because it couldn't be any further from the truth. But now seeing how it's the "news of the day" and everyone is wondering what I think about it- here it is. Jionni is the the most humble, respectful, and most loyal souls I know. I mean hello, that's why I married him. He's a stand up guy who loves his family more than anything in this world. The fact that the tabloids can deliberately make stories up and print things like "Jionni LaValle ALLEGEDLY and MAY HAVE signed up on Ashley Madison" is absurd. I can see if there is proof in the story to make it legitimate, but to accuse my husband of something he had no idea about... HOW IS THAT LEGAL? I really didn't even want to acknowledge this absurd story, but when my family is being bashed for no reason- mama bear is gonna say what's up. So no, my husband didn't sign up on that website to cheat on me. Honestly, if he wanted to cheat- he would go out and do it. Not sign up on a website and pay for it. Jionni is a good guy and doesn't need his name being tarnished. Nor does our family. We did nothing wrong to deserve this. So with all of this said, I love you babe. And even though I'm a pain in your ass, I know you would never cheat on me. Especially on a lame ass website. @jlavalle5 💕 #myfamilyrocks A photo posted by Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi (@snookinic) on Aug 25, 2015 at 2:24pm PDT
