14 DAY TRIAL // There are more and more rumors appearing about the coming NX home console from Nintendo, and their frequency will probably increase in the coming months, especially if the company is not interested in making an official announcement to deliver information about the features and the included hardware.
A new source on NeoGAF says that the coming device will be designed to offer the same computing power as the also-rumored PlayStation 4K from Sony, and that the GPU will be based on the new Polaris architecture, with the fabrication process taking place in 14 nm.
The rumor also mentions that at least one of the controllers associated with the NX will have a screen, although the look will be different from the fake images that appeared earlier in the year.
Nintendo is planning to offer a new take on the GamePad for the Wii U, but the platform is not designed to be a handheld that will provide an experience like the 3DS.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 is one of the video games that are set to arrive alongside the NX at launch, and there are many other developers who currently have access to prototypes and are planning to create interesting titles for it.
The Nintendo NX might be revealed in early summer
Information about the console has been leaking since the start of the year, and the current understanding is that there are factories in Taiwan that are already preparing the manufacturing process, which will go live towards the end of spring.
