As part of its UP2U program, Chinese company LeEco announced it would release new updates on a regular basis, which would add more features and improvements to its high-end smartphones.

The LeEco Le Pro3 and Le S3 are the first to receive a new update that brings a couple of important changes that are based on user feedback.

According to LeEco, the update will be pushed to these two smartphones over the next few days, so you can go ahead and check for its availability by heading to Settings / System Update.

One of the most important improvements included in the update is the app drawer, which will allow you to access all your apps in one place. The new app drawer is available in the apps dock, just above the “Home” button.

Furthermore, LeEco confirmed it moved the Live entertainment app icon to the right of the new app drawer icon, but users will be able to move it anywhere on the homescreen.

It's also worth mentioning that the app dock has been slightly modified, so you will now be able to reposition the icons and customize your homescreen the way you want.

Another set of improvements have been made in the camera area. Both the Le Pro3 and Le S3 have received updates to the camera to make it easier to capture photos. The Le Pro3 has received improved HDR functionality to shoot photos faster. The Le S3 had its picture quality in low light conditions improved.

Aside from the changes mentioned earlier, LeEco also added a couple more improvements, such as enhanced fingerprint sensor so the phone only vibrates once if the fingerprint is not recognized, as well as added parental control functions.

The LIVE apps interface and streaming quality have been improved, along with Bluetooth reliability and increased Wi-Fi download speeds on the Le S3 when using these functions at the same time.
