14 DAY TRIAL // After seeding the macOS 10.13.3 High Sierra beta 2 update to developers yesterday, Apple today released the second betas of its upcoming iOS 11.2.5, tvOS 11.2.5, and watchOS 4.2.2 operating systems.
The new beta builds are tagged as 15D5046b for iOS 11.2.5 beta 2, 15K5539b for tvOS 11.2.5 beta 2, and 15S5534a for watchOS 4.2.2 beta 2, and can be downloaded right now from the Downloads section of your Apple Developer account for your registered devices running last week's first beta releases. They are available via OTA (Over-the-Air) update system as well for those running iOS 11.2.5 beta 1, tvOS 11.2.5 beta 1, and watchOS 4.2.2 beta 1 respectively.
Apple also included the iOS 11.2, tvOS 11.2, and watchOS 4.2 SDKs (Software Development Kits) to provide developers with support for developing iOS apps for iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch devices running iOS 11.2.5, tvOS apps for Apple TV devices running tvOS 11.2.5, and watchOS apps for Apple Watch devices running watchOS 4.2.2. All three SDKs come bundled with the latest Xcode 9.2 IDE, which is available for download from the Mac App Store.
Public beta 2 coming soon for iOS 11.2.5 and tvOS 11.2.5
Apple will soon publish the second Public beta versions of the iOS 11.2.5 and tvOS 11.2.5 operating systems to public beta testers. Those running the first iOS 11.2.5 and tvOS 11.2.5 Public betas should expect to be able to update to Public beta 2 in the next 24 hours. Rest assured that we'll update this story in time to let you know when the new versions are available.
