Xtreme Labs, an important Android, BlackBerry, iPhone, iPad, Symbian and Windows Phone 7 mobile application developer, has just announced they recorded their 10 millionth download for their Blackberry applications.

Already the creator of over 100 mobile apps for an array of reputable clients, Xtreme Labs has dozens of additional apps currently under development. "We're extremely busy at the Labs," says Farhan Thawar, VP of Engineering at Xtreme Labs. "Our reputation is preceding us when it comes time for potential clients to choose a strategic partner for mobile applications."

Proud member of the RIM's Elite Alliance program, Xtreme Labs also took advantage of their membership by having priority access to pre-release BlackBerry smartphones, access to marketing on various online BlackBerry resources and co-operative marketing activities with RIM, as well as highest priority placement in the BlackBerry Solutions Catalog. "Being part of RIM's Elite Alliance enables Xtreme Labs to receive specialized technical, marketing, and sales support as well as insight into upcoming innovations in the BlackBerry ecosystem," reveals Thawar.

Xtreme Labs developed exclusive Blackberry applications for very important clients, such as Microsoft, NBA Digital, Dictionary.com, AccuWeather, and Urbanspoon. "With the increasing popularity of mobile platforms, companies want to be a part of the latest trend, in this case company-specific mobile applications," adds Sundeep Madra, Co-founder of Xtreme Labs.

The company set itself higher goals to keep up with new trends on the market. Xtreme Labs stated that it would start focusing on tablet platforms, including the Apple iPad. With 3 million iPads sold in 80 days, and 11,000 iPad apps already in the App store, Xtreme Labs decided to give Apple's latest creation a go.

"The iPad has caused an even greater surge in popularity of the development and use of mobile applications. We see the iPad as a growth platform not just for Apple, but for us as well," explains Madra.
