Nokia will be bringing photo printing services for European countries from now on. Request for this type of services will be made through mobile phones, how else? The concept comes as to complete the high photo capture capabilities of some Nokia phones and allow users to enjoy them with the smallest effort.

Virtual images are great. They are easy to capture and even easier to view. Few people actually take them to a photo processing laboratory in order to have them put on traditional photo paper. Even fewer do this with the captures from their handsets.

High-quality prints will be easy to order over mobile phone or wireless LAN networks. Moreover, the user of this service can choose the place where they want to have them delivered.

Images can even be printed on various items, such as mugs, jigsaw puzzles and T-shirts. Just think of the possibilities. Such items can later be sent to friends and make excellent presents with a very little effort. It might turn out as an excellent service to keep in mind next time when wandering from store to store looking for the perfect birthday gift.

"Remember when you had to drag yourself to the store to have your film developed?" asks Mikko Pilkama, director, Multimedia, Nokia. "Now you can order prints directly from your Nokia Nseries device, and have them delivered to your doorstep - hassle-free!", he concluded.

In order to successfully use this service, users of Nokia Nseries multimedia computers have to download the XpressPrint application from the Nokia Nseries website. This is free of any charge and allows users to immediately order the printing of their favorite images.

This Nokia service can be paid for through credit card or several other solutions, depending on the country. It is now available in most countries in Europe, for all Nokia phone owners.
