14 DAY TRIAL // We’re only a few days away from the public launch of Windows 8.1 Preview and new details on the improvements brought by this release reach the web.
This time, all eyes are on the pre-installed Travel app that’s going to receive a major redesign in Windows 8.1, most likely in another attempt to provide users with a less confusing and much simpler experience.
As you can see, the new Travel app is based on the same Modern UI released by Microsoft together with Windows 8 and already spotted in many other Windows 8.1 tools, such as Xbox Music and Video.
More details on the features to be available in this particular app, however, are going to be revealed next week during the BUILD developer conference when Windows 8.1 is set to make its first public appearance.
