A new collection of photos that reached the web today shows some of the features to be made available in Windows 8.1 Preview, as we’re only a few days away from the debut of the next OS.
As you can figure out from these screenshots, all apps seem to be a bit more polished, so they’re ready to hit the market, regardless if we’re talking about Weather, Xbox Music, Video, Calculator, or Alarms.
Microsoft will make the 8.1 update available for Windows 8 users via the Windows Store, with the download and installation processes to be performed automatically if you choose to deploy it.
The official unveiling of Windows 8.1 Preview will take place at the BUILD developer conference on June 26, so expect the update to be made available soon after that.
