Microsoft has promised to roll out new Windows 10 build at a much faster pace, and the company is actually doing that these days, so the whole world is now waiting for a new version that could arrive anytime this or next week.

Gabriel Aul, head of the Windows Insider program, revealed not long ago that the company was internally testing Windows 10 build 10134, saying that users enrolled in the fast ring could get it very soon.

But it turns out that development of the new Windows 10 build advanced at a much faster pace, so Aul has now posted online screenshots of Windows 10 build 10136, an unreleased version that could also get the green light for insiders too.

Details are missing for the time being, but since the company is already teasing this build, it’s believed that it could be the next one to be publicly released.

Full focus on refinements

Despite the fact that everyone hopes to get a new Windows 10 build as soon as possible, you shouldn’t have too many expectations in terms of new features and options added to the operating system.

Microsoft has already explained that from now on the full focus would be on fixing bugs and improving performance, as Windows 10 is reaching maturity and the full launch is rapidly approaching.

Windows 10 will see the light of day on July 29, and everyone will be getting the free upgrade on that day, so Microsoft is now trying to focus on improvements and refinements that could help make the operating system fast and reliable enough to become a worthy successor to Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.

Windows 10 will be offered as a free upgrade for Windows 7 and 8.1 users during the first year after launch, so millions of computers are expected to install the new operating system in late July.
