How did the user get his hands on the treatment anyway?

I've heard of leaked beta screens and footage or leaked info on a certain game or console, but never have I heard of leaked stuff on a game based movie in development. I mean, yeah sure, a couple of character names and plot issues but not so much juicy stuff at once. Anyway, the article on MegaGames says: "Gears of War Movie Treatment Leaked," and this is what one LatinoReview user saw on Stu Beattie's 22 page treatment of Gears of War movie, based on Epic's third-person-shooter for the Xbox 360:

"Warning: Spoilers Ahead

The Coalition of Ordered Governments could have simply burned the fortress to the ground with their orbital satellites, but a body count is needed for the big final COG victory and satburns have a way of disintegrating human flesh... "

Of course, game-like scenes couldn't have missed: "Once the gears reach the bunker, the fighting goes hand to hand. Face to face. Chainsaw to chainsaw. Marcus (the main character) is cold and emotionless. A professional soldier doing whatever is necessary to get the job done. He feels nothing, using corpses of other gears as cover without hesitation as they finally break through the enemy's last defenses. "

Also, the Locusts Hord will eventually start killing every "man, woman and child on the planet..." "The Locust Horde is now the enemy of the COG and all other human governments. All of humanity is once again at war. And now the movie kicks into high gear?"

How did the user get his hands on the treatment again? Anyway, don't blame us if your desire to watch the movie has been spoiled by this. The warning sign did say "Spoilers Ahead."
