All there is to know about the game, right here

We have just heard that Midway's This Is Vegas got delayed since it needs further polishing and that upsets us a little, especially after having seen the screens put on display during this year's E3: they were perfect, they looked like images taken from a fully developed game. However, we can only be extremely happy since this means that Midway has great plans for This Is Vegas. But until we hear more about its plans, let's check the entire feature list presented at E3 (and, of course, the three new screenshots).

As you probably already know, in This Is Vegas, you'll be tasked with a rather strange quest: to resurrect the adult-friendly Sin City and defeat the evil businessman who's trying to turn it into a tourist trap. Midway promises to bring us the "most fully realized" open world ever (and having in mind that we have tested GTA IV, we really wonder whether even more is possible) and an environment which will react to all our actions.

You'll get the chance to go from an average Joe to a real VIP and you'll feel the change like in no other game: you'll bet thousands of dollars on a single hand, explore the world in the fanciest and most expensive sport cars and meet the hottest women. In other words, Midway promises to bring you an experience you've only dreamed of (and, unfortunately, which will only be virtual).

Of course, becoming a VIP is not easy - you'll have to party in the right clubs with the right people to make your reputation grow, hit the dance floor and impress the hottest women with your moves and generally do all it takes to be seen by the big shots. Of course, you can gain your reputation the other way around, by taking part in illegal underground races, in club fights and so on, but why would you do that when you have the sweet option of decadence which would give the same results?

As you can see, the open world in This Is Vegas indeed promises to offer you endless possibilities and it seems that we'll get a great game in which, hopefully, a hot coffee-like option will be implemented from the start. But until then, enjoy the three screenshots Midway has just released.
