A compendium of the most popular classic board and table top games

Empire Interactive, has announced today its signing an agreement with Valcon Games LLC to publish and distribute the Ultimate Board Game Collection, in Europe and all PAL territories for PlayStation 2, Nintendo Wii and handheld PlayStation Portable. Ultimate Board Game Collection is basically a compendium of classic board and table top games.

The report confirms that Ultimate Board Game Collection contains 20 well-known board and tabletop games played by families around the world. Without further ado, we present you with the full list of games below, but don't run off just yet, because we have a few more details to share with you:

My guess is that even though Wii and PS2 gamers are surely happy to hear that this huge array of board and table top games is hitting their systems, PSP owners are undoubtedly the happiest, as Ultimate Board Game Collection is the perfect compilation for handhelds. The release date of Ultimate Board Game Collection has been set for Q1 2008. The game hasn't been yet rated though.
