After Verizon and Sprint's release of the Motorola KRZR, now Cingular is adding the slim phone to its lineup of mobile phones, and it looks like T-Mobile will be the last U.S. Wireless carrier to launch the KRZR.

So if you're a fan of Motorola's usual slim and glossy design phones and live in the U.S., the MOTOKRZR K1 will pretty much be available no matter what wireless carrier you choose. The mobile phone features a 2 megapixel camera with 8x zoom and video recording capabilities, Bluetooth with A2DP support, AIM, MSN and Yahoo Instant Messaging and speakerphone.

It's smaller than the RAZR and comes packed with quite a few features, including an MP3 player and music dedicated buttons. The clamshell isn't bad but not very impressive either, compared to other music phones.

The KRZR K1 comes with 64MB of internal memory that, as usual, can be expanded with the help of the also included MicroSD card slot. Add quad-band 850/900/1800/1900 capabilities, a 262k color display and the Cingular Music Folder that includes Music ID and The BUZZ, and that pretty much covers all the mobile phone's features.

The 4.05 x 1.65 x .06 inches KRZR K1 weighs 3.6 ounces and will reportedly last for up to 6 hours of talk time or up to 14 days on standby.

This next generation thin phone manufactured by Motorola is available for Cingular customers with a price of $200 with a 2-yr contract after rebates, therefore costing exactly as much as on Verizon Wireless.
