Rolling game will test your trick-ability

There are all sorts of MMO games available and since the industry is booming, we dare to believe that the development of new titles will (and should) never stop. Trying their luck with a relatively new genre, developers NFlavor Corp, present us Street Gears, a free roller MMORPG. The game is scheduled to enter the open beta stage during the second half of June, which means that we don't have to wait much longer to get the chance and test this exciting project.

Of course, since it basically is a racing MMO game (even though other social elements are introduced), one of the most important parts of gameplay is represented by the races - and the developers will offer us eight tracks to compete on when the game launches (and promise to keep the numbers growing). Also, another really interesting thing is that we'll have different game modes (called mods in Street Gears) to keep us excited.

For example, The Speed Mod will be perfectly suited for riders who strive for extreme sensations. Players will have to complete different tricks in order to win this mod and the time available to do so will be limited compared to other mods, but each completed trick will fill your power gauge, allowing you to set off the speed boost more often.

A second mod available in Street Gears will be the Item Mod which will, as the name suggests, allow riders to gather objects on the track and use them to gain victory (things like oil tanks to slow down the competition or energizing beverages in order to get your power gauge filled).

Of course, the best thing to do when it comes to this type of games is to go and give them a try for free. Having in mind that, as I've said before, the open beta will begin in the second half of June, this will happen sooner rather than later. You just have to check the game's official website here - strangely, the website hasn't been launched yet, but the devs promise it will soon be available and full of info.
