If you've seen the Softpedia preview of Test Drive Unlimited for PC, I know that you are eager to hear more about this game. First, I must inform you that even though it was launched on the Xbox 360 back in September, the PC, PS2 and PSP versions are due in March (can't wait).

Kevin Burfett of Melbourne House, decided to talk to IGN, and revealed details about the PSP version of the game. Burfett says that when he shows people the PS2 version of the game, they are amazed by how he managed to squeeze Test Drive Unlimited onto that platform. He goes on bragging and says that he likes to surprise people by pulling out a PSP playing the same game.

Burfett continues his "confession" saying that every piece of the Oahu Island roads in there in a fully streaming world. Apparently, you can race around the entire island in a single session without seeing a loading screen. All the cars have suffered serious alterations for the PSP version of the game, and Burfett vows that all the cars look "fantastic on that beautiful PSP screen".

The PSP version of Test Drive Unlimited will have the Auto-GPS feature implemented, but also Master points, Race Series and over 240 races playable online. I wanted to mention this because I consider that online play will play a big part in Test Drive Unlimited's success. As I've seen from the preview, the online part of the game is by far the most interesting. But don't take my word for it, check it out for yourselves HERE.
