Mobile phone carrier T-Mobile UK has just announced the availability of a new offering for its business customers, including a 6 month plan with a free phone.

Moreover, the company announced the introduction of three other new business pay monthly phone plans, also meant to fit the needs of business customers.

In addition to the said 6 month plan, enterprise users in the UK can choose an 18 month plan from the carrier, which packs all that one would require from a 24 month plan, as well as a 30 day SIM only plan, and a new 24 month phone plan.

“Our customers told us it didn't make sense for their business to be locked into long term contracts when times are changing,” Martin Lyne, Director of SME Marketing at T-Mobile, commented.

“Having the flexibility to adapt things quickly if needed is key to a small business' ability to survive and thrive, so we believe these shorter term plans, will be a great fit for small businesses.”

Research conducted by the wireless carrier unveiled that small business owners are actually looking for shorter phone plans, so that they won't be stuck into lengthy contractual commitments.

The company is set to offer them the most flexible options on the market, and the inclusions of these 6 month, 18 month, 24 month and 30 day SIM only plans are meant to prove that.

“As a small business owner, it's often difficult to predict how your business will be doing 6 months ahead, let alone much longer, so having the flexibility to adapt is really important,” says T-Mobile customer Geraldine Brooks of women's networking group sugargroup.

“It's a tough market out there, especially for small businesses working to establish themselves. Working on the move, working from home or emailing late at night are all just a part of doing business.

“To have a communications plan where you only pay for what you need, without committing to long term contracts, is a great idea,” the carrier continued.

The 18 month, 24 month and 30 day SIM only plans also come with a Flexible Booster, which can be changed every month, through which users would have the possibility to purchase extra texts, minutes, Internet or roaming, based on what they need.
