Stargate Online Trading Card Game

As you've probably already guessed, launching simultaneously in both digital and tabletop versions, the Stargate Trading Card Game is based on the popular science-fiction television series. Stargate SG-1, features robust organized play support and a physical redemption program called "Through the Gate," where players collect a full set of a particular expansion of digital cards and will in turn redeem that digital set for a set of corresponding physical
cards.

The Stargate online TCG throws you into the vibrant Stargate universe as you assemble your favorite SG characters into teams and send them on missions throughout the galaxy. Trust me, this one's better than Star Trek. Breakthrough gameplay allows characters to "learn" from their successes and enhance their abilities as the game progresses. You also have an endless supply of strategies available as you take on alternating roles of both heroes and villains of the Stargate television series.

The Goa'uld and their snake headed soldiers will have their way cut out for them as each 60-card starter deck includes four team character cards based on the main heroes of the show, such as scientists Samantha Carter and Daniel Jackson, Air Force officer Jack O'Neill (the main figure in the TV series) and the alien warrior (much like Star Trek's Worf), Teal'c. Each 11-card booster pack contains additional characters, in-game obstacles, new adversaries, and gear for your squad.
