Sony Ericsson have presented their T650 phone model a long way back, promising to make it available starting with this year's third quarter. The phone has just hit the Hong Kong market and has high chances of expanding in other countries too in the near future.

What the phone holds so special is its minimal and modern design that the small, square buttons give it. At first sight, they leave the impression that it can be a stressful thing to type text messages with it, but the phone might surprise its user. The K550 also left the impression of having hard to handle narrow buttons, but proved to be quite comfortable. The same might go for the T650 model, although only the Chinese can put it up to the test, right now.

What Sony Ericsson T650 can really be proud of, aside the elegant design, is its 3.2 megapixel camera. This will manage to provide image capture quality at a standard above average. To this also contributes the autofocus and flash, in order to take captures at high performances. There is also a secondary VGA camera for placing videocalls, as this is a 3G-enabled phone.

The phone packs all the performances in a slim, 12.5 mm case and a highly comfortable design line. Connectivity is available through Bluetooth and USB. Moreover, the user can also make the best of the mobile email solutions that the phone manages to bring. One disadvantage on this phone is the memory. The device will have 16 MB of internal memory and an additional 256 MB Memory Stick Micro expansion slot, a performance way below other similar mobile phones.

Sony Ericsson T650 is available from now on in Hong Kong and can also be purchased from eBay. The handset comes at the price of USD 550, although there are high chances for it to drop in the near future. The producer has made no specifications on the date when the phone will be available on other markets too.
