SEGA and Nvidia have teamed up once again to offer Android fans a fully Tegra 3 optimized game, “Sonic 4: Episode II.”

The new title comes with multiplayer co-op mode and a lot of graphics optimizations. According to Nvidia, the game features “higher quality lighting, more polygons and complex textures – all made possible by the NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor.”

It is also worth mentioning that Nvidia also added the options to hook up a wireless gaming controller in order to have smoother experience.

Story-wise, the game continues the sage started with “Sonic 4 Episode I,” which was launched in the Google Play Store a while ago.

Although the new game is not yet available for download in the TegraZone, Nvidia confirmed Android users who own a Tegra 3 device will be able to grab it soon.

UPDATE: The game is now available for $6.99 USD via Google Play Store and TegraZone.
