Bethesda has just unveiled the first details about the downloadable content that will appear for its The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim RPG, saying that owners will get to try out new quests in new locations.

Skyrim impressed lots of people with the wide array of things you could do in its open world and, even after a hundred hours or more, it still offered side quests and other distractions.

Now, after announcing yesterday that the game’s Xbox 360 version would get support for the Kinect, Bethesda has now teased the DLC that will arrive for Skyrim.

According to the studio, it’s been hard at work on “creating the first set of game add-ons” that will “add new quests, locations, features, and much more to the world of Skyrim.”

As we heard last year, however, these add-ons will be released exclusively on the Xbox 360 and, after a certain period, will make their way onto the PC and PlayStation 3 platforms.

Expect to hear some more details about Skyrim’s first DLC pack, which might be called Dawnguard, soon enough.
