You might have heard about Team Ninja and their acclaimed Ninja Gaiden series, but I bet that you haven't heard about the company's boss, Tomonobu Itagaki and the sexual harassment scandal that haunted him for the past year. More than 12 months ago charges were filed against Itagaki, after a woman, working for Temco claimed that she was hugged and kissed against her will by Ninga Gaiden's creator.

Now, one year after the man was taken to court, all charges have dismissed by the Tokyo District Court. Following the court's decision, Itagaki stated "A verdict has been handed out in the sexual harassment case that was brought against me by a former female employee of Tecmo. The former employee's arguments were judged to have been false, and all claims that she has brought against me have been dismissed." When asked how he had dealt with the issue for the past year, Team Ninja's main man claimed that he hasn't only fought for his name, but also for the reputations of Team Ninja and Tecmo.

Luckily, he can go back to work now and completely focus on making a superb Ninja Gaiden 2 title, which you can admire below, before playing it in 2008. While the game's on the most-wanted PS3 games list right now, we remind you that the original title was a hit on the Xbox console. Not familiar with the beat-'em-up blockbuster?
