Since there are so many portable gadgets in need of recharging on the go out there, Scosche has decided to lend their owners a helping hand and introduced the goBAT II, a portable battery capable of recharging two devices at the same time.

Of course, we're talking about a product that targets a fairly competitive niche (after all, there are plenty rechargers currently available out there), but that's not stopping Scosche from attempting to push their own product onto the market, especially since they believe that the goBAT II certainly has some competitive advantages over other similar devices.

One such advantage is represented by the the fact that the device packs an impressive 3.7 volt, 50,000 mAh rechargeable lithium-polymer battery, which seriously boost the functioning life of all gadgets connected to it.

Of course, recharging the goBAT II might take a while (6 to 8 hours, to be precise), but this will be time well spent, the portable device being able to then recharge the iPhone or iPad multiple times.

As mentioned before, another important competitive advantage provided by the goBAT II is the fact that it can charge two different gadgets at the same time, but that will certainly take a toll on its internal battery, that will get depleted a whole lot faster.

Plus, in order to keep users informed on the estimated amount of “juice” the Li-Polymer battery has in store, the goBAT II from Scosche also comes packed with four blue LED indicator lights.

Last, but certainly not least, we'll have to mention that the goBAT II lets users employ their own USB cables in order to charge their gadgets, while also coming equipped with a micro-USB cable, just in case.

Pricing for the goBAT II portable charger from Scosche has been set at around 90 US dollars, which is actually quite OK, all things considered.
