Lower price, but lower performances too

There's a phone for everyone and Samsung has thought of every need their customers might have. Samsung SGH-J200 highly resembles another model coming from this producer, but cuts down on some evolved specifications in order to make it more accessible to a larger audience.

There are some obvious similarities between the SGH-J200 and E590 phone model coming from Samsung. The clearest one seems to be the design, as the two handsets are like brothers, with slight differences to tell them apart. The J200 one looks even better, if considering the sharper button shapes which give it a less bulky appearance.

When looking closer, the greatest difference between the looks of the two devices is that Samsung SGH-J200 is considerably larger in size, which has high chances of being considered as a great disadvantage by many handset users. At 103 ? 44 x 15 mm, the phone is still small, but slightly larger than the 94 x 42 x 13.5 mm that Samsung E590 comes at. There's also a difference in size, from 79 grams and down to an unbelievable 65 grams.

The E590 phone model also manages to pack much more evolved performances in that slimmer case, where the most important differences occur. Samsung SGH-J200 has a 1.3 megapixel camera and also a VGA front one for placing video calls. That comes nowhere near the 3.15 megapixel with autofocus that E590 comes equipped with, but proves to be useful too.

Other specifications for the J200 phone include the same 1.8 inch display screen and Bluetooth connectivity. Moreover, there is also a microSD card slot in order to make sure that there is enough space for storing all the personal data on the handset.

There is no information concerning the exact date that Samsung SGH-J200 will come at. The same goes for this phone's price, although it is expected to be about thirty percent lower than that of the E590 device, as a result of the lower performances that have been put in it.
