Introduced in India last week, Samsung Galaxy S Plus has just hit shelves and is now available for purchase for Rs 22,500 (about $457 or 333 EUR).
As we already reported last week the smartphone was originally available for pre-order from Flipkart retailer for the same amount.
Samsung Galaxy Plus fills the gap between the popular Galaxy S and Galaxy S II Android smartphones.
The handset comes with a Hypermesh skin and a metallic finish and offers better performance than the original Galaxy S.
Aside Android 2.3 Gingerbread, the Galaxy S Plus is equipped with a 1.4GHz single core processor, 512 MB of RAM, as well as a 5-megapixel main camera and a secondary VGA front-facing camera for video calls.
Galaxy S Plus comes with a 4.0-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 16 million colors support and 480 x 800 pixels resolution.
