Two new Windows Phone 7-based devices have recently emerged into the wild, both of which are reportedly headed for the US market on AT&T's airwaves, namely the Samsung Cetus i917 and LG C900.

Windows Phone 7, the new operating system from Microsoft, is expected to land on handsets on the market sometime in October in Europe and in November in the United States, but little is known on the mobile phones that would pack the OS.

However, as the actual launch date approaches, new details on the OS started to emerge, including the said info on AT&T's upcoming devices.

The first newly spotted device, the Samsung Samsung Cetus i917, made it into the wild a few times before, and was even spotted at FCC.

The new photos with it show something that many might have expected, namely that it would land in the US on AT&T's airwaves.

At the same time, these images show that it should come with a glossy, black, curved shell, making the Samsung Cetus i917 a pretty appealing device.

In case this candybar phone is not what you are looking for, there are always other options, including another Windows Phone 7 handset, the LG C900, which should pack a side-sliding QWERTY keyboard.

Also set to land on AT&T's airwaves, the LG C900 should sport a two capacitive buttons under the screen, along with a chrome Windows key, as the photos available courtesy of Engadget show.

The upcoming mobile phone would include a touchscreen display and a four-row QWERTY keyboard, while sporting AT&T's logo on it.

Unfortunately, no exact release date was announced for either of these two mobile phones, but chances are that they would arrive the first day Windows Phone 7 becomes available.

One other thing that remains to be seen is whether these devices would be exclusive for the US market, or their makers plan on delivering them to the market in more areas around the world.
