SIM2 has come up with some exquisite (yet very pricey) projectors over time, and, in order to mark their 15'th anniversary, they've decided to also introduce a couple of special editions, providing a wealth of advanced features at some equally “advanced” price points.

As BornRich reveals, SIM2 launched no less than four new projector models, all of which quite obviously deliver a very impressive level of image quality, while in the same time selling for more than an average car.

The first two projectors unveiled by SIM2 are the Crystal 35 and Crystal 45 models, whose external look is the handy work of famed Italian designed Giorgio Revoldini, and that are both built around a Full HD, single DLP chip platform.

The two projectors will certainly blend-in with just about any type of home décor, while in the same time working with a wide array of video signal sources, given the fact that they pack plenty of connectivity options.

SIM2 has also brought to the market the C3X LUMIS 3D SOLO, that leverages the company's PureMotion 3D active shutter glasses technology (that's the reason why it's accompanied by a couple of XPAND 3D glasses) and targets the large-screen home cinema rooms.

Last, but certainly not least, comes SIM2's C3X LUMIS 3D HC, an ultra high-end DCI 3D system that delivers a very precise color control, thus making it particularly well suited for professional applications.

As mentioned right from the start, the new “anniversary edition” projectors from SIM2 are not exactly what we'd call affordable, given the fact that the Crystal 35 and Crystal 45 sell for $6,500 and $8,500, respectively, while the C3X LUMIS 3D Solo and the C3X LUMIS 3D HC will really break the bank, given the fact that they are priced at $50,000 and $55,000 respectively.
