It's not a trustworthy source, but there is a chance that the group will return

A video posted on YouTube by FawkesSecurity reveals that the LulzSec collective may reborn from its ashes.

The source isn’t very trustworthy, but since the Lulz Security group was known to be associated with the Anonymous community, it shouldn’t surprise anyone if some of the hackers start operating under the famous name.

“Several days ago we decided to bring back our humble hacking group and set sale towards the interwebs once again,” the hackers state.

“Much to the dismay of corrupt governments and corporations across the planet, it’s ridiculous to believe that by arresting the supreme members of LulzSec that you have stopped us.”

The main actors of the LulzSec crew were arrested some time ago after Sabu, one of the group’s members, was arrested and forced to rat out the others.

Since April 1 is just around the corner, we’ll find out soon enough if the group will start hacking again, but as mentioned previously, the FawkesSecurity channel is responsible for announcements, such as the existence of the Fawkes Virus, that never really materialized.
