Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia is expected to announce in the not too far future the release of its first MeeGo-based device, the Nokia N9, and some specifications on the device have just emerged into the wild.

This is not the first time we learn about the Nokia N9, but now we have the chance to take a closer look at its specs list, following the emergence of a series of leaked photos with it last week.

One of the most intriguing spec of the upcoming device, which makes us wonder on the validity of this leak, is the Qualcomm 1GHz QSD8250 processor Nokia is said to have packed inside the handset.

Of course, with a wide range of mobile phone makers adopting such processors on their device, it wouldn't come as a surprise if Nokia decided to make a move in this direction, but nothing on this emerged before.

Some other interesting specs of Nokia N9 is said to be its WVGA OLED touchscreen display, which should be 4 inches large, complemented by 64 GB of internal memory.

In all fairness, nothing has been officially announced on this device, and chances are that it might actually pack such impressive specs, but we'll have to wait for its unveiling to learn the truth.

In the meantime, we should take a look at other rumored specs for the MeeGo-based phone, including 512MB of RAM and 1GB NANDM, along with a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space.

720p HD video capture support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and HSPA+ connectivity, along with built-in GPS receiver are other specs Nokia N9 should land on the market with.

And with the inclusion of MeeGo on this device, Nokia might have finally managed to come up with a winner, though it still remains to be seen how much of what was rumored now would actually make it into the final device.
