Model turned actress says looking good comes at a high price, but she’s willing to pay it

Good genes are not enough to look drop-dead gorgeous, and model turned actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley knows it only too well. To maintain her killer body, the star works with no less than 3 different personal trainers.

In a recent interview cited by the Daily Mail, Rosie opens up about the sacrifices she makes to stay in shape – and, apparently, it’s no easy task looking as great as she does.

The Victoria Secret’s model / up and coming actress works with no less than 3 different personal trainers; in fact, she says, she has one in every major city she calls home, so that she has no excuse to skip exercise.

“It takes lots and lots of hard work. I have three personal trainers – James Duigan in London, Jason Walsh in LA, and my friend Justin in New York,” the stunner says.

Duigan from London also helps Elle McPherson stay in shape, the woman dubbed “The Body” and who can still boast of being called that, despite being 48 (which is old for a model).

“That means there’s no excuse not to be at the gym wherever I go,” Rosie adds of the reasons she needs to keep so many trainers on her staff.

For her, working out is of the utmost importance, but she also makes sure she eats right. Lucky for her, she learned healthy eating while growing up, as she revealed in a previous interview we were also telling you about.

“It’s such a simple confidence boost and I find it really important, especially as I’ve got older. I like to train as many days of the week as I can,” Rosie says.

Word online has it that she’s so dedicated to her craft that, before a “Transformers” photo shoot, she managed to squeeze in 18 workouts in just 6 days.

“Everything starts with exercise,” she underlines. “Then you want to look after yourself and put good food into your body,” she says, adding that she cuts out carbs before a big event, in order to look her best.

“Hollywood is really geared up for fitness. The gym is something I always prioritize,” the star adds in the same interview.
