Stars joke about relationship rumors on “Eclipse” television special

Members of the main cast of “Eclipse,” Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Dakota Fanning, recently shot an Oprah special which aired the other day. While talking about the film and spending so much time together, the Queen of Television could not have possibly not asked the one question everyone’s dying to have answered: are RPattz and KStew dating or not?

As MTV News can confirm, not only did Pattinson confirm they’re an item but he also dropped a major bomb: Kristen is pregnant, presumably with his baby! Of course, it was all in jest, as the stars laughed off romance rumors by making jokes with the tabloid headlines that move the most items at newsstands. For those fans who desperately want the love story from the “Twilight” movies to be taken off the big screen and transposed in real life, the question continues to remain unanswered.

“When the ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ cast stopped by ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ on Thursday (May 13), Taylor Lautner dished about what kind of girl he’s looking for. But it was Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart who were really put on the spot by the talk-show maven regarding all those romance rumors. Rather than directly answering the question of whether or not they’re dating, the pair once again took the high road about the rumors and made light of it all,” MTV writes of this particular segment of the interview.

“‘Kristen’s pregnant,’ Pattinson joked, with Stewart going along for the ride: ‘He really loves to shock people because he thinks it’s funny. No, we’ve actually had this conversation. He’s having the baby.’ It seems that regardless of where she stands with Pattinson, Stewart’s real love is her cat, Max. ‘I’m obsessed with my cat,’ she said. ‘[We] have a very Edward-and-Bella relationship. It’s, like, very co-dependent with my cat’,” the same outlet informs.

Both Stewart and Lautner also told Oprah that they’re not really the type to go out and party all night long like other celebrities of their age. For Taylor, for instance, a fun night usually means hanging out at home, watching American Idol – unless someone calls on him first.
