14 DAY TRIAL // Reality star and sock designer (seriously!) Rob Kardashian has been charged with misdemeanor battery, and petty theft in a paparazzo incident that took place this March at an LA gym. He’s pled not guilty, the LA Times reports.
Kardashian and a female paparazzo got into a scuffle that ended with him taking her camera and removing the memory card. In the process, he also accidentally hit her in the face.
The pap went to the police and filed a report, but Rob insisted that she was trespassing, having hidden inside the garage at the gym and only emerged when he’d removed his shirt after a workout, to change his clothes.
Rob Kardashian is now free on his own recognizance, but the LA County district attorney’s office asked that bail be set at $21,000 (€15,957).
He’s yet to release a statement regarding the allegations made against him.
