Capcom has revealed a new piece of information about its upcoming Resident Evil: Revelations title for the Nintendo 3DS, as players will need to complete its lengthy story mode before getting to try out the cooperative 'Raid' mode.

Resident Evil: Revelations is set to be one of the biggest games made for the 3DS, and Capcom is more than willing to charge more for it because the array of content included on its bigger capacity memory card.

Besides the story mode, which producer Masachika Kawata says, via Andriasang, will take around 10 hours to complete, the new Revelations title will also include a cooperative one called Raid that will see players work together online to tackle the waves of infected zombies.

In order to get to experience this mode, however, players need to finish the single-player campaign. What's more, alongside the new mode, new characters like Jessica and O'Brien will also be available, alongside Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine.

Resident Evil: Revelations is out exclusively for the 3DS on January 27, in Europe, and February 7, in North America.

Pay more for it? Think 30 - 40 quid is enough for a 3ds handheld game that being said I'm a big RE fan and havent got the mercenaries game yet so havent got the beta version of the game but even so I think it would be well worth the 40 quid
